Starting to learn with us? Below some information which you can find useful.

Office:

1. Office is opened:
   - from Monday to Friday – between 11.00 a.m. and 9.00 p.m.
   - on Saturday– between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.
   On Sundays please contact us via sms only.

Lessons:

3. Lessons are held from Monday to Saturday from 8.00a.m.-9.00 p.m.
4. Students purchase monthly card with fixed number of lessons for a specific month.
5. Date of lesson is individually set with student. Lessons take place at a fixed time and day each week that is reserved for the student.
6. Every lesson lasts 50 minutes (if not mentioned otherwise).
7. Each student is entitled to one trial lesson. You can sign up for trial lesson at any time convenient to you.
8. Every student that decides to continue learning at Music School is required to sign a learning contract
9. Students under 16 years old should bring written permission from parents to start lessons.
10. Every student can postpone/dismiss one lesson per month. Please inform us about your absence till 09.00 p.m. previous day via sms or call. Lesson will be rescheduled within current month.
11. If student doesn’t inform school about his absence or information is too late (on the day of the lesson) lesson won’t be rescheduled and is treated as having been held.
12. Please notify our office directly about your future absence or the need to postpone lesson otherwise it’s not in the records
13. Lessons dismissed because of teacher absence will always be rescheduled and will take place within the same month or will be held by another teacher.
14. In case of student’s absence at the beginning of lesson teacher waits for student for 15 minutes.
15. Advanced students (after audition) can join band rehearsals.
16. There is a possibility to change teacher at any time. Every student can also change his leading instrument. Please ask for details at our office at least week before planned change.

Payment:

17. Current information about classes and a price list can be found on our internet site: www.music-school.pl
18. Payment for monthly classes should be settled at least two days before the first lesson in a specific month. You can pay:
    - at school – by cash or by credit card,
    - by bank transfer (please deliver a proof of payment to school)
    - through our internet site
    After payment every student obtains a student card with the dates of classes stated.
19. If you are not able to participate in every lesson in a certain month ( less than 4 lessons a month), you can pay for single lessons – the price is higher. Check our price list for details
20. Excess amount can be:
    a. returned by bank transfer,
    b. be moved as an advanced payment for the next month.
21. For other changes in payment contact our head office.
22. In case of illness or prolonged teacher’s absence Music School provides another teacher. If classes are dismissed because of teacher’s prolonged absence, school will refund payment for classes lost.
23. Music School reserves itself a right to change fees once a year. Students will be informed at least 2 weeks in advance.
