Gift card authorizes to 1 individual lesson x 50 minutes. The date for lesson is individually set after contact with school’s main office. Gift card has to be manifested before lesson in order for lesson to take place. |

It has a form of a no name plastic card with unique security coding. It’s not assigned to a specific name, so can be used by any person of a choice. |

Gift card is valid till the end of the year stated on the back of the card.
Lessons take place at Warsaw main location – Metro Centrum. Purchase card at the main school office (tel: 508 338 726) or buy online. |
- Gift card can be returned to school within 1 month after payment by purchaser only. In this case purchaser receives refund (minus any transaction costs).
- Refund is due after providing proof of payment
- It’s no name gift card – only purchaser is entitled to refund
- Any special enquires are directly agreed with recipient of the card
- The last possible date to notify gift card to main office is 10th Dec
- Gift card for specific year is only valid till the end of a year eg. card for 2010 cannot be notified and used in 2011
